Anybody know this guy?? He wrote the notorious " Kitchen Confidential", He's easily one of my favorite people on television, travels around the world trying everything that makes a country unique. I just found out I get some cable stations with my antenna?? And he has a show called "No Reservations" on the travel channel, Good stuff, makes me want to travel.

Also check out "Diary of a Foodie" on PBS, this show has as much to do with the creative process as anything out there.
